PNN Neuro AID Advanced Formula is very strong. It is designed to provide the human nervous system the nutrients essential for optimum performance, most of which are rarely obtained in sufficient quantities via diet alone, especially in today’s world. Most people aren’t accustomed to ingesting these nutrients in such a condensed form, and as such, while some folks have the proverbial “cast-iron stomach,” others will require a little time for their body to adapt. That’s why we advise that you start slowly, with one capsule twice a day with food and plenty of water for at least 2 or 3 days, then moving to 3 per day, a few days later 4 capsules, then depending on your size, gender, age, and condition, perhaps continuing to 5 capsules per day or a maximum of 6 capsules per day.

As it says on the bottle, we always advise you to be examined by a medical doctor or licensed medical professional before taking this supplement, or frankly, any others. This examination and interview should determine whether or not there is some reason for you to either abstain from taking this product or to limit your dosage in some way. We highly recommend consulting either a Naturopathic or Osteopathic physician, both of whom are more likely to be familiar with natural supplements and recognize their usefulness.
